I moved to Lubbock, TX in March of 2015. After gathering bids for a workshop with a garage attachment, I decided on Dave's Roofing & Metal Buildings. David was very easy to work with and bent over backwards to help me get the building I wanted. He assisted with and offered helpful suggestions for getting a variance with the city. He also took care of all the permit paperwork. He was very upfront about the whole project and there were no hidden surprises. His crews were thorough and did excellent work. They cleaned up after themselves and made the whole process a pleasure. David answered all of my questions during the project and was quick to follow up with a few minor things I wanted changed. Their prices were very competitive and the quality of work was excellent! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to build any type of metal structure!

Had a great experience with Dave's. Matt was great to work with as he took the time to understand what we were looking for and even made great suggestions to make it all work together the way we wanted it. Their pricing is great as it came a bit lower than a few other estimates. Their workmanship is spot on as their crew is meticulous and worked hard to finish a quality job done right on time. We have a fantastic looking roof. Would highly recommend this company!
HORRIBLE!!!! Look at the pics! This is a $18,000 roof that leaks everytime it rains! It leaked when snow sat on it and melted! Our builder hired Dave's roofing so Dave's says "we installed it for your builder not you!" so the only way they "repair" it is to put caulking (not even good caulking) test it with a water hose and wait for my next leak. I would not wish this company on anyone so I felt I had to leave a review. There are no complaints on them at BBB but talking to others and having my roof assessed by 3 other roofers and an inspector this is the "bad quality" they are known for. If you are building DO NOT let your builder use this company, even if it's cheap you pay dearly later on. My dream house has become a nightmare with ruined walls, ruined carpet and mold and it's 5 years old!
