King's Highway owners, Tom and Vickie Walters, made the effort to meet with us in person at Rise Academy when we did have a very real customer service complaint related to a recent school field trip. They met with us at length to hear out the details of our grievance. This meeting ended on a very positive note, in prayer actually, as the Walter's offered to escort Rise students and chaperones personally on next year's bus trip at a $1,000 discount. Achieving this "win-win" resolution was refreshing, as we had several rather upset chaperones at the beginning of our meeting. Although the resolution of our complaint did not occur as immediately as it ideally could have, I was impressed by the owners' sincere efforts to ultimately make things right by us. We look forward to next years' field trip with the Walters on their King's Highway bus.
Met with Tom and Roy ( a driver ) with the company and I was so impressed with the integrity of company and the lengths they go to, to make sure everyone is safe and has fun. Buses are top of the line!

I stand behind all the principles this company was built on. It is sad that when an employee leaves an employer, without notice and walks out in the middle of a busy season, that said employee feels like writing a bad review will make her feel better. But it happens and life goes on.
