We had a great experience using Joe's Moving Service. The movers were on time, very careful with our furniture (everything from particle-board bookcases to antique buffets), and the loading and unloading happened quickly and efficiently. I recommend them to anyone moving in Lubbock.

Booked Joe's months in advance and when the day came they never showed. Called the contact number and he said they were probably hung up on another job and would call me back as soon as he found out. Never called back and never answered. Very poor customer service in my opinion.
