Beautiful rooms. Had a Keurig coffee maker and even a ceiling fan
Stay here often close to highway access rooms standard set up property well kept
Room and beds were comfy. Could hear the upstairs guest's kids jumping on the bed all night, though. Was rather irritating. Was the first Holiday Inn Express out of three so far in my vacation where the bathroom door DIDN'T sound like an explosion, though.
If you are traveling to Lubbock and looking for a clean, quiet and courteous hotel. PASS THIS ONE UP, and continue onto the embassy suites. The higher price is worth the headache that you will avoid from this establishment .
Worst experience at a holiday inn. This hotel is definitely beginning to show its wear. Breakfast is an assortment of undercooked mass produced items. It is either a design flaw, or the type of clientele that is frequenting this hotel, but if you are looking to stay here in the hopes of getting a good nights rest, think again. If you are unfortunate to be on one of the two lower levels, you will hear every step that is taken above you, and with the added inconsiderate occupants like our family experienced, you will think the ceiling and roof are about to come down on you.
The hotel was filled with drinkers and partiers and should have been our first clue to switch back to the embassy suites, when we pulled up and saw a group sitting outside and drinking. Constant screaming and running through the floors all night will ensure to keep you up. Calls down to the front desk to correct these occurances, yielded no relief.
Housekeeping staff is excellent and is the only good thing to report on this hotel.
